There are certain additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to policies, rules, and guidelines, that apply to the use of specific portions of this website and to the purchase of products or services from SendToPrinting.com. These additional policies, terms and conditions are included as and shall be deemed as part of these terms and conditions “Terms”. The Terms apply exclusively to your access and/or use of SendToPrinting.com and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with SendToPrinting.com.

If Terms are changed, modified and/or amended, SendToPrinting.com will post the new terms on this website and the last updated date relevant to the terms and conditions containing the change will be changed. Any changes, modifications and/or amendments will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms to SendToPrintin.com. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree that the posting of any such changes constitutes notice to you of the changes, modifications and/or additions and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review these Terms (and each of the components thereof) each time you visit or use this website.

If you do not agree with any change, modification or amendment made to the Terms, you may withdraw your consent and agreement to be bounded to them by notifying SendToPrinting.com in writing immediately. If you withdraw your consent, however, you must immediately discontinue your use of your account and this Website. Any account will be deactivated and you and will no longer be eligible to use this Website or order further products or services. If your account is deactivated, this will not affect your responsibility for payment of jobs already competed and/or in production.

SendToPrinting.com may from time to time elect, in its sole discretion, to notify you of changes to its Terms via additional means such as e-mail (in addition to posting the changes to this website). The fact that SendToPrinting.com has elected to notify you via such additional communication method does constitute an agreement of any kind by SendToPrinting.com that it will continue to do so in the future; the posting of modifications, changes and/or amendments to SendToPrinting.com remains effective notice of such modifications, changes and/or amendments.

Electronic Communication & Consent

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement and consent that SendToPrinting.com may communicate with you electronically for all and any purposes if you have provided your email address to us. This includes all legal and notice requirements, notification for products you ordered, and future products and services notification. Such electronic communications may take the form of postings to this website and/or emails forwarded to the email address you provide when you register / submitted on SendToPrinting.com. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communication at any time by unsubscribing via the link embedded in the email. 

Website Usage & Agreement

You are granted a limited license to use this website (SendToPrinting.com) and its content solely for the purpose of assessing the product and service offerings from SendToPrinting.com , and to place orders for the products and services offered by SendToPrinting.com  only. You may not use any or all of the website content for any other purposes including but not limited to news reporting or any usage by claiming fair use without a written consent.

While due diligence has been applied to ensure accurate information presented on this website, neither SendToPrinting.com, its parent comapny, nor any third parties warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information and materials on this website for any purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and SendToPrinting.com expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. 

This site may contain links to websites that are owned and/or operated third parties, and that are not under the control of SendToPrinting.com. Therefore, SendToPrinting.com, its parent company, is not responsible for any content and information presented by these sites.

Registration

Registration is not required to order any printing products.  Registration is optional.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) during the registration process. You also agree to update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID/Username and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID/Username. If you believe your account has been compromised in any way, you should immediately change the password by logging on to your account and then following the instructions for changing your password. Furthermore, you agree to notify SendToPrinting.com in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Customer Provided Content

For selected product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (Customer Content) to SendToPrinting.com as part of the order and print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you provide SendToPrinting.com Customer Content via upload or other method, you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the order and print process.  You agree that such materials submitted is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; does not invade another person’s privacy; would further the commission or concealment of a crime of any kind; is not lawfully yours to transmit; is not the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; does not contain software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production. Furthermore, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold SendToPrinting.com  and its parent company, officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, any punitive damages and to pay any attorney’s fees and all related fees incurred by SendToPrinting.com  in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

SendToPrinting.com does not maintain submitted customer content. All submitted content via uploading to the website or submitted to us in any methods that is associated with an order will be kept on file for a period of up to thirty (30) days. At the end of thirty days, it may be deleted.

You acknowledge that SendToPrinting.com reserves the right to screen the submitted customer content   any time and shall have the right (but not the obligation) in SendToPrinting.com’s sole discretion to remove any customer content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates our Terms and Conditions.

You further acknowledge and agree that SendToPrinting.com may disclose customer content if required to do so by law or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process;  enforce Terms and Conditions;  respond to claims that the customer content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SendToPrinting.com, its parent  company, affiliates, partners, employees, users and the public in general.

Art Work Requirement

At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio or 100%. Any submitted content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which SendToPrinting.com will not and does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard.

Design in CMYK and upload in CMYK with no embedded color profile in PDF format with crop marks. (Art work in RGB or some other standard maybe accepted if you choose, however, the color will be converted, and SendToPrinting.com is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Colour Quality

SendToPrinting.com guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards however we cannot guarantee “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent slight colour shift throughout an order. Please note that the application of UV coating and other coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors such as higher contrast. SendToPrinting.com cannot guarantee the final output.
 

Production Turnaround Time / Over and Under Run

Production turnaround time is approximate, and the production time starts next business day after our quality check on art work submitted (quality check typically starts and completed within the same day as submission if submitted before 2PM during normal business day).  Issues or production machines failure might impact the turnaround time.  SendToPrinting.com cannot be held liable for any delay or any other force majeure events.

SendToPrinting.com reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity, we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.

Order Approval/ Proofing

SendToPrinting.com assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order.  We do provide a quality check to ensure your submission meets our art work requirement and is printable.  Under SendToPrinting.com sole discretion, a soft proof (PDF) maybe send to the customer for review and the customer must reply on the email with the word APPROVED before it will continue the production process.

Payment

All prices on SendToPrinting.com is in Canadian Dollar.  All orders will only be place in production once payment is confirmed. We accept following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. We also accepts Paypal payment.

Order Cancellation

A print order or job can be canceled at any time prior to it being assigned an In Production Status.

If you cancel an order prior to it being assigned In Production Status a Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account. A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has an In Production Process or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services.
